Good Day, I am having an issue where the One-Time CC doesn't seem to be working on any of my queues. I have confirmed I have the follow scrip's installed globally:
On Correspond Notify Other Recipients with Template Correspondance On Comment Notify Other Recipients as Commant with Template Correspondance No matter what I try, it won't CC.
