Thanks Ruslan for your reply. I did attempt an upgrade to 4.0 but reverted to a prior database copy after the upgrade failed. The issues on the upgrade are moot at this point.
After checking for those entries should I ensure they are zero or NULL or make sure they are not zero or NULL?
