Hello,

I am very new to RT, and am in the process of testing the RT. Hopefully, we can 
put this great ticketing system into our production.

I have a question about RT ticket priority. The default setting for priority is 
a field that the numerical number can be put in. However, is it possible to 
change the priority to a predefined drop down list as: Urgent, High, Medium, 
and Low?
