Hi all,
       In RT-4.0.4, is it possible to allow unprivileged users the ability
       to search. i.e allow them to see new search/quick search menu
       (as privileged users can).

       Is is also possible, for unprivileged users to see the unowned
       tickets list.

       Any help would be greatly appreciated.
