That's true, but I tried it both ways. I just changed it: Set(@MailPlugins, qw(Auth::MailFrom Filter::TakeAction));
And then I issued /etc/init.d/apache2 restart. But the ticket still doesn't process correctly and no CommandByMail messages in the logs.
