Hello list, I enabled HTML for my templates and in SiteConfig enabled
Set($PreferRichText, true); > Set($TrustHTMLAttachments, 1); But, I'm looking for a way to allow some HTML attributes into RT tickets, specifically to allow the dir="RTL" attribute right now RT strip some of the attributes e.g it's not removing all the attributes of the font tag from where can I control this behavior ?
