RT is usually pretty good, we have 4000+ users in our user table, but only 100 or so that regularly create tickets.
Whenever we open a ticket from one particular user, it takes IE (RT?) a half minute to render the page. Any ideas about what to investigate further, or what, if anything, can be done?
