I'm configuring Articles and I'd like the article text (which appears to be inserted in the resolution comments) to be sent along with the Resolved canned response.
During my testing, the user gets a response: According to our records, your request has been resolved.... But they don't see the text from the included Article. What would it take to achieve this? Thanks, Will
