Hi, When I use the API to request the history on a ticket, I get a response which includes as its third line: '# 5/5 (/total)'. What does that line mean? What is the 5/5? It doesn't seem to equal the number of history items on the ticket.
This is what I am getting back for a newly created ticket: 'RT/4.0.6 200 Ok' '' '# 3/3 (/total)' '' '425160: Ticket created by XXXXX' '' Those '' lines signify empty lines. -------- We're hiring! http://bestpractical.com/jobs
