On a newly created ticket in a vanilla RT I see 2/2 and 2 transactions. Log in as a super user and count the transactions, it's possible that there are more transactions and your REST user doesn't have permission to see them so they're being filtered. # 2/2 (/total) 122: Ticket created by root 123: Outgoing email recorded by RT_System -kevin
