I am trying to change the default update type for Resolve from Comment to Respond. I did a search for the string:
grep -r "Update.html?Action=Comment" /opt/rt4/ And it exists in: /opt/rt4/share/html/Search/Elements/BuildFormatString: but when I change it in that file to the new value (from Comment to Respond) it does not reflect the update.
