I have a situation where a php web form is sending an email to RT with some custom field values.
The requestor of the ticket will be the email provided in the web form. I would alike to take the value set for a custom field and set the owner of the ticket to this value. I have tried a few scenarios from the scripts available via contributions on the wiki. I am not having any luck. We use the extractCF extension to get the field but I just do not understand how to equate this value of the CF to the owner.
