You have leading spaces in front of every line. Headers lines should be
separated from body by exactly two new line characters - no spaces.

        Type of Template is Perl.
         
        If the user gets an email at all, it is nothing but one row of =
signs. Did I create the Template incorrectly? The Transaction Template
works just fine.
