Add this in your Autoreply Template
Ticket: {$RT::WebURL}Ticket/Display.html?id={$Ticket->id}
And make sure Requestor Role at least for that Queue has ShowTicket rights.
Queue -> Roles -> Requestor -> Current Rights -> ShowTicket
