OK, there's 3 tickets with that effectiveID; there are 91 transactions that relate to those three ticket IDs. OK i've just tried the cli, and show ticket/106648/history works OK... and the www interface is working OK right now too for that ticket. Hmm... What kind of information do I need to dig out for you?
