Hi, I've been searching the forum for the past hour and been unable to find an answer to the following simple question:
How do I open the rt.log file? We have recently changed companies and have a new mail exchange server and therefore changed the details in the config, but despite the tickets being tagged with "Outgoing email recorded", none of the emails are being received. I'm hoping the log file will show whats happening.
