internals *Hive* Proficient *in Spark* batch Spark streaming *Kafka* Flume
Debug yarn flume kafka logs Good to have knowledge Java Associate will be
responsible for receiving incidents requests from end users Business By
monitoring the Dashboards analysing these and either responding to the end
user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams They will be
responsible to maintain the SLA within the limit bringing back the
Application Business back to normal ASAP if something goes down They should
also be ready for cross application training and support should be Ready
to learn new set *of ITSM tools* monitoring tools like *Dynatrace, Splunk
