Responsible for interpreting business requirements into application design, change control management and creating technical use cases (TUCs) while following agile practices. Ensuring these initiatives satisfy the business requirements and follow Systems Analyst standards. Also, provides recommendations to improve software application design. Leads SA tasks and/or assigns SA work to team members. Conducts or provides feedback for performance appraisals. *Major Duties and Responsibilities:* · Demonstrates clear written and oral communication skills · Demonstrates strong analytical skills · Demonstrates strong organization and prioritization skills · Leads, develops, and presents SA documentation (i.e. Technical Use Cases) · Leads and mentors agile team members · Supports Underwriting help desk as requested · Participates in all reviews: business requirements, technical and quality assurance · Analyze and research defects · Map business requirements to technical use cases *Qualifications:* · Self-motivated and highly professional · Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience · Experience in all phases of business process lifecycle or IT project management · Able to meet deadlines working independently in a fast paced environment · Effective interaction with peers, team members and business partners · Microsoft Office application proficiency · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Able to manage multiple priorities · Comfortable with technical terminology and concepts · Experience with authoring use cases and technical specifications for complex applications · Lead experience · Familiarity with underwriting · Advanced analytic and problem-solving skills · Experience with Quality Center preferred, but not required Full Name (As per SSN) E -mail ID Contact Number Linkedin Expected rate(w2/c-c): Ready to relocate Total work Exp.
