Identified associate would be working with Client IT team, third party cloud implementation partner, Zensar AMS team and other dual shore stakeholders. Please see below JD for this role · Strong experience on Oracle SCM modules especially Order Management, Shipping, Inventory modules. Techno functional experience is added advantage. · Should understand the Oracle SMC functionality in and out, downstream integrations, up-stream integrations with finance modules , SLA and basic accounting knowledge. · Should have experience in onsite-offshore (Dual Shore) business model and have to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Should be able to showcase communication skills. · Should deliver assigned tasks well on time with utmost quality. · Hands on experience on advance SQL concepts will be added advantage. Having good knowledge in SCM, Finance modules from technical perspective and ability to write basic/complex queries to extract P2P or O2C business process related data should help a lot. Should be able to understand and fix PL/SQL code logic · Should have good communication skills as the identified resource would work collaboratively across technologies and with multiple stakeholders · Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with Strong business analytical skills. Effective and efficient communication is pivotal characteristic for this role besides domain expertise. · Resource will play the role of individual contributor and also as an onsite coordinator/ lead, a primary contact from Onsite (SCM) to update client on the implementation status. · Education - Master’s degree. · SCM related Cloud certified would have added advantage, having cloud implementation knowledge is added advantage.
