Should have experience working with Prime Vendors or Direct Clients. *DESCRIPTION :* - The ideal candidate must be from US – STAFFING Background with leadership skills and have *8+ years of experience in US staffing *and minimum *6+ years *of experience to get Direct Clients to the Company - Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients.Good Experience in Account / Client Management and must be able to target new Direct Clients, MSP/VMS & Implementation Partners. - Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.Candidate need to close minimum 3-4 Closures in a month - Define and implement strategies to Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients Must be comfortable interacting with Top Management / Client facing capabilities. - Must be able to Directly interact with Clients technical panel for requirements gathering, Submittals, interview status, interview follow-up.
