- Need a NET lead to handle for L1L2L3 onsite support team on
application issues in 247 environment and on servicing standard issues from
users as a part of Incident and task management
- Maintaining the weekly KPI status reports in conducting the client
governance calls on reviewing the team performance
- Responsible for maintaining the Knowledge Database by documenting
frequent issues and workarounds for resolution at first line and in
creating Knowledge Articles Driving key operational services such as
Problem management and Change Management
- Excellent Communication Skills Written and Spoken with ability to
conduct L2 and L3 level troubleshooting in the application systems
- He/she should act as POC for all issues reported during the on call
period Responsible for first level troubleshooting debugging of issues
reported by our internal external customers and providing timely resolution
and coordinate with devproduct team in getting resolution as and when
