Please go through below requirement if you are comfortable please share your updated resume and below submission details. *Role: Performance Test Lead* *Duration: Long Term* *Location: Fond Du Lac, WI* Job duties • Create performance test plans • Create performance test scripts, execute scenarios, reports and provide analysis using monitoring tools • Provide daily/weekly status report and progress to upper management • Ability to work independently as well as mentor junior team members • Hands on coding experience needed • Co-ordinate and be responsible for deliverables managing onshore-offshore team • Be single point of contact for performance testing • Manage multiple performance testing projects simultaneously • Works with developers/architects to resolve performance bottlenecks • Ability to work in an agile environment Experience needed • Minimum 8 years of experience in Performance testing and engineering • *Experience in LoadRunner or similar performance testing tool - minimum 6+ years* • *Experience developing scripts in NeoLoad - 1+ year.
