- minimum 9 years of IT experience with minimum of 4 years as a Scrum
Master running large scale Agile teams more than one
- *Certified scrum professional either from scrum alliance or equivalent
is must*
- *Banking and Financial Services experience is must*
- Excellent communication skills
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interference.
- Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
- Planning, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
- JIRA/Confluence experience
