SFDC Health Cloud was made available starting 2016
Candidate should ideally have 2 full life cycle implementations
Industry implementation use cases to look for:
- Health Care:
- Providers (hospitals, clinics): Patient care – patient, physicians
- Payer (insurance – BCBS, etc.): claims management, member
(physician) utilization, member enrollment
- Life sciences:
- Drug related support programs: Physician and Patient portals with
Health Cloud CRM
- Reimbursement Hub: administered by drug companies when they fill
prescriptions directly with patient (similar to when an
individual visits a
CVS or Walgreens ot get their prescription filled)
- patient assistance programs (PAP): drug fillment to patients with
no means of purchasing high-cost drugs, which are given away by drug
companies at no cost
If you’ll could classify the profile under the above use cases, based on
