*Must-have skills: * *Scrum, TFS, XP, Kanban, Agile, SAFe, ATDD, PSM I, Certified Scrum Master (CSM).* *Requirements:* • Scrum Master experience with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams in large-scale enterprise change projects and programs for a software development team (1-3 years); • Knowledge of documented patterns and techniques such as Burndown Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Retrospective formats for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach; • Experience in one or more of the following Agile methods or frameworks: Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, Agile scaling methodologies (e.g. SAFe); • Knowledge of TFS to use as a tracking tool; • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games; • First level Scrum Master Certification (Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Certified Scrum Master (CSM). *Responsibilities *include but are not limited to the following: • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, remove impediments as needed, stand-ups, stakeholder meetings, etc.); • Coach in Agile / Scrum practices and ensure correct use of Scrum process; • Empower teams to self-manage and self-organize; • Ensure that the team works closely with product owner on backlog refinement for backlog priority; • Resolve Impediments in timely manner; • Resolve team conflicts and shield the team from distractions; • Identify cross-team dependencies; • Coordinate and assist the team to create clear and concise epics / stories and sizing / tasking; • Monitor, track, and communicate team velocity and sprint / release progress; • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization; • Coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization; • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
