Large company, global enterprise experience with running projects; working under enterprise PMO structures with policies, guidelines, and frameworks. 2. Solid PM methodology background. They understand the tools of project management (e.g. status report, RAID log, issues/risk, charter, communication plan, project schedule, etc.) 3. Above average communication skills, rapport building, comfortable presenting reports/status to stakeholders 4. Evidence they can handle 'ambiguity'. Can they adapt to changes or handle situations where they may be ill-defined or lack appropriate structure. Can they help the team with clarity and focus. Discernment 5. Oriented toward action. A passive person will not survive. ROLE/POSITION Assignment: Enterprise Cybersecurity Organization Assigned Department: Cybersecurity PMO Potential Areas of Project Focus: .Technology Assessment and/or Implementation .Process/Operational Improvement .Policy Development and Implementation KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERTISE Proven project management experience on progressively challenging projects. Minimum of 6 years of project management specific work. Thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of own profession and discipline. Thorough understanding of project management phases based on PMBOK: . Initiate . Prepare: definition/scope/requirements . Execute & Control: scope, work plans, resources, deliverables, Q/A, transition planning, etc. . Close: completion and assessment . Monitoring and Control Knowledge of project management tools and artifacts how they can be used to manage information, processes, and stakeholders (i.e., RAID log, status reporting, project schedule, etc.). Understanding of IT organization and operations knows the context of how the project fits into that landscape Experienced working in large, global, complex organizations Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management. Understands who is the client and what are the client's needs; provides realistic expectations; establishes specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitors client satisfaction. Able to adapt to changing situations Strong MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint Above average communication skills -written and verbal RESPONSIBILITY &ACCOUNTABILITY Prioritizes work and anticipates consequences of actions, potential problems, or opportunities for change. Sets and meets realistic deadlines. Forecasts changes and communicates current and projected issues with quality, scope, or schedule Creates within the team a shared focus on the importance of achieving results, as required.
