We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYESJP00014442 Title: Communications Specialist/BA Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 12 Months+ Locals Only (Onsite Work Required) Description: The Senior Communications Specialist role operates in alignment with their organization's Communications manager/team to develop and deliver multi-faceted, high visibility communication deliverables that have organization-wide impact. This role will help bring the organization's Communications team's vision to reality: creating and delivering communications to activate, inspire and engage current and future employees to deeply connect them to AbbVie while empowering employees to drive business success. RESPONSIBILITIES . Responsible for the execution of organizations communication plan. . Collaborates with organizations leadership for; strategic timeline, stakeholder alignment, approved key messages. . Produces communication deliverables in alignment with approved key messages and narratives, aligned to culture, equality, equity, diversity and inclusion and employer value proposition messaging, in addition to being aligned to the organizations internal plan. . Support branding and graphic design in alignment to the AbbVie Brand Standards. . Advise and make recommendations to team members on appropriate communications vehicles. . Organizing and actively managing workflow on multiple projects simultaneously while balancing time-sensitive priorities. . Utilizes effective communication vehicles to drive clearly defined messages across all channels of distribution, reaching and engaging employees . Collaborate with external and internal agencies to complete written and visual deliverables. . Directs the review and approval of internal and external communication content and materials. QUALIFICATIONS . Bachelor's Degree w/4 years' experience, or Master's Degree w/2 years' experience in Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Communications or Journalism. . A minimum of 4 years of experience in the development and execution of communications programs. . Ability to drive and deliver communication outcomes. . A solid understanding of how to maintain consistent style and voice. . Must have demonstrated success in developing and executing a wide range of internal communications, including videos, SharePoint sites and news articles. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines with competing priorities with general guidance. . Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to complete detailed work accurately. . Proficient with Microsoft Office software suite, especially Premiere Pro and SharePoint. . Proficient at shooting video and has a knack for putting interview subjects at ease while videotaping. . Skilled at editing videos; creating simple animations is a plus. . Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a bonus.
