Certifications, knowledge, or background working with DevOps, Jira, Confluence Description Details GMAP Business Systems Analyst - Job Description The Business Systems Analyst position will be responsible for managing the development, execution, delivery, and support of the technological and software lifecycle aspects of International Commercial Data and Analytics team that includes Global Market Access Pricing (GMAP) programs. This position will interface and liaise with the GMAP and OUS (outside United States) Commercial organization leaders and personnel to understand the current issues, projects, and requests that affect the GMAP team and work closely with the other Business Technology (BT) resources and vendor partners to deliver excellent technology solutions for the International Commercial BTS Data and Analytics group. Major Responsibilities: . Perform and deliver technology and process analysis to aid the efficient delivery of new initiatives from the GMAP roadmap in support of the Commercial OUS DnA strategy. . Support existing OUS DnA applications & integrations to maximize utilization, operational efficiency, and relevancy to the Commercial DnA organization. . Possesses strong understanding of Market Access landscape, conducts analytics in Market Access space across business units. . Interact closely with other Business Technology Solutions personnel and resources to ensure strategy is aligned across the organization. . Provides technical insights and trend analysis to the GMAP team and acts as a consultant to the OUS Commercial DnA group. . Interact with external suppliers and technology vendors. . Deliver training and presentations to provide details that support business analysis and findings as required. . Maintain professional relationships with the GMAP business leaders and personnel. . Analyze the business needs of assigned functions and support them by delivering innovative ideas and BT solutions. . Collaborate with various technical teams, both internal and external to achieve goals and deliver upon BT projects and commitments. . Work closely with the OUS DnA leaders and personnel to continuously improve the business processes and identify and address root cause for various issues. Qualifications Skills/Experience Qualifications: o Minimum of 5-7 years of Customer operations business analysis and technology experience o 5+ years of experience in business process modeling and reengineering, and application analysis and design. o Process oriented with strong business understanding of Operations and translate business needs into technology solutions. o Successful Pharmaceutical brand experience, specifically in designing and implementing novel technology analytical solutions. o Pricing/Financial system knowledge required; Market Access is a plus o Skilled at implementing O365, Outsystems, and Salesforce based platforms. o Working knowledge of software programming, IT operations, and appropriate usage of tools like Qlik, PowerBI, Quiver, Contour, Jira, Confluence. o Strong data and analytical skills/background; Ability to work with and synthesize large data sets o Background working using formal SDLC and DevOps; project management methodology, techniques, and tools is required. o Experience in high performing matrix environment. o Highly effective presentation skills (BI/Qlik or similar) enabling the business to clearly understand how technology solutions will deliver benefits. o Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing deadlines. o Highly developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication, negotiation, facilitation skills with a commitment to internal/external customer responsiveness. o Project management and financial acumen o Competencies include the ability to set vision and strategy, build and inspire, know the business, drive for results, make good decisions, and develop a positive culture.
