Role: Project Manager Location:Boston,MA Duration: Long term TheProject Manager is expected to: - Ensure projects are managed following the Project Management best practices - Consult on the creation of the business project team’s Action Plan - Develop the Business Project Plan, beginning with all elements of the project together - Report project status to stakeholders - Escalate needs and roadblocks to Manager of Project Managers and take corrective actions as needed - Identify project risks and remediation plans - Facilitate project status-up meetings and motivate project team subject matter experts - Maintain stakeholder alignment of the EPMO process and focused on project objectives - Perform other duties and/or tasks as assigned. Qualifications Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Experience: - 4 – 6 years of overall professional experience, of which 3 to 4 years in a project management\coordinator function required. - Experience working with a portfolio of several projects preferred - Demonstrated ability to exceed individual and project delivery objectives - Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
