Demonstrated experience of performance testing and benchmarking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate
complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to senior leaders and end
users.
6 years of user facing business or ecommerce web-based application project/QA
experience.
Bachelors degree w/8 years of experience, or Associate degree with extensive
experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business
Administration within business verticals.
Able to prioritize and multi-task with demonstrated problem resolution
skills.
Able to work in a dynamic, agile environment where needs and priorities
change with tight deadlines.
Ability to create and execute test cases from business/functional
requirements with trace and effective negative testing.
Experience with automated testing methodologies.
Preferred
o Background in pharmaceutical and Managed Healthcare reporting.
o Experience in a regulated environment, health care or pharma preferred.

Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
