Strong data storage and retrieval experience with knowledge of RDBM concepts and data optimization techniques. Knowledge of SQL. 2. Able to translate into functional requirements and comprehensive data and UI test cases. 3. Jump into an in-flight data driven project and ramp quickly. Requirement Description . Demonstrated experience of performance testing and benchmarking. . Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to senior leaders and end users. . 6 years of user facing business or ecommerce web-based application project/QA experience. . Bachelor's degree w/8 years of experience, or Associate degree with extensive experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration within business verticals. . Able to prioritize and multi-task with demonstrated problem resolution skills. . Able to work in a dynamic, agile environment where needs and priorities change with tight deadlines. . Ability to create and execute test cases from business/functional requirements with trace and effective negative testing. . Experience with automated testing methodologies. Preferred o Background in pharmaceutical and Managed Healthcare reporting. o Experience in a regulated environment, health care or pharma preferred. Additional Details . Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and testing needs. . Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. . Generally, supports commodity or generic/unspecified skills, such as Application Support, Business Analyst, Compliance Consulting, Data warehousing, Domaine SME, . Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. . A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager. Requirement Description .
