Mercedes made a long public statement about their hesitation to come to Alabama
because of the negative image it has. Every company that has come to Alabama, eg. a
Honda, Toyota, etc., have made a point about the negative image that the state has.
The Alabama Business Council took an ad out in the Wall Street Journal several years
ago explaining to business why it should come here, eg. no tort reform.

Again, if you do not believe that this state has and continues to foster a negative
image, I am not going to be able to change your mind; it ain't worth it to me to
expend the time and energy in doing so; that'd be like movin the mountain to Mohammed.

I would suggest a bit more or further ranging travel...outside the confines of our
beautiful state's borders. ;-)

Anyway, your buddy has a minimum of thirty days paid vacation to figure ut his next
move. This will be interesting (I hope), cause I know what would happen to my license
if I had failed to obey an order from the Federal Judge/Court of Appeals....

Happy spitting....
