I absolutely agree with ya. It has been fairly easy to predict our offense,
as you have pointed out. Shaud has either ran the ball or been on the
receiving end of many passes (most for short gains). When SA was here, we
could telegraph the offensive plays and go ahead and run them because our OL
was man enough to block and create running lanes. If a yard or two were
needed in a crucial 3rd down, we knew that SA would get the ball and run
left. But the line did their job and the play succeeded.

 I think CMS saw (in the first game) that Shaud was a decent running back
and from that, wanted to draw our offense up around him. Well, the line
can't block consistently and most defenses can see our plays coming.

Vanilla offense? Try low fat, no sugar added, reduced salt offense.
