I believe Ole Miss could have hung 3 or 4 more TD's on the board if they had chosen to do so. Coach Cut called off the dogs early in the 4th quarter, I have no doubt about it. Actually it appeared if they had wanted, they could have thrown deep in every series and probably scored 50% of the time.
Yup.. Good thing Bama wasn't playing Tommy RUTS Tooberville today..
Our DB's cannot cover the deep ball. I bet "pickle boy" is looking forward to next Saturday afternoon. UT will arrive wanting to stomp a hole in Bama. The Tide better get their act together soon or next week will not be pleasant at all.
