You're mighty close, Tim. I'm saying the NFL should be forced to allow anyone who wants to, enter their draft. Here's the trick: If you (NFL) aren't sure about the player - DON'T FSCKIN' DRAFT 'EM! And the NCAA shouldn't restore their eligibility when a player declares and doesn't get drafted. If these players want to play with grown men, they should have to suffer the consequences like grown men.
