As a cover though, there was an article a while back in the rag/fish wrapper, about those camera being for the "improvement" of traffic flow..like there is some dude at the DOT watching all these intersections for jams and wrecks sos he can send help! Bottom line, get used to it. Before Jaavy gets through, we'll be wearing towels on out heads, having to provide iteneraries of of days in advance and makin sure that everything is divided to each according to their need from each according to their ability, or something like that.
