I have been outside checking the area four times this AM.  The wind is 
easing up for the most part, but we are still getting decent gusts.  As it 
travels North, the bands will break up .... but don't let your guard down. 
The Northwest sector of the storm is the prime tornado generator.  The worst 
is over for us.  I'm worried about you guys.  If you lose power, get a radio 
and keep your earballs glued to it.  Rumor has it that it will stall up 
there in the mountains.

utter lack of interest in ways of increasing the nation's wealth. Wealth is 
the only thing that can cure poverty. The reason there is less poverty today

Glad to hear you're ok Joe.  Hang in there.  We're on top of a mountain &
the wind gusts are pretty good right now & the bad stuff ain't supposed to
hit until this afternoon.  But after looking at the radar over & over 
again,
the bands seem to be breaking up a bit.

The wind and rain hasn't let up since noon yesterday.  We have 50 mph
winds
with gusts over 70.  Luckily, we only have one leaky window and one tree
down thus far.  It looks like a good day for watching dvd's.  My main
concern right now is tornadoes.  After the serious stuff blows over, I
plan
on loading up the chainsaws, axes, and rakes in the 4x4 because I have
family in Opp that I will have to help dig out if they need me to.  Duty
calls.
I hope this doesn't screw up the game this Saturday.
