LSU dominated the Troy game, but the score doesn't show it. LSU had 22 first downs, Troy had 9. LSU had nearly 400 yds total offense, Troy had 150. What made the score close was LSU had 4 turnovers, Troy had 0.

LSU knows how to win a close game, Bama hasn't done it in a long time. I don't mean to throw a wet blanket on your optimism, Rusty, but until Bama turns the corner and actually wins one of these close games, I'll remain doubtful in our ability to win against good teams and you know LSU is a good team.

But believe you me, I hope your thinking is right and we do take 'em to the woodshed.
