Thanks for the reply. In this case, I'd suggest adding some clarification text 
as this repair node needs to have SRv6 encapsulation capability, not just 
forwarding, and it might be hops away from the egress node.

Step 2d: P1 as PLR Prepares to Protect PEA by PEB

My question is how to pick the PLR router? My understanding is that it should 
be the endpoint next to PEA. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
