Dear RTI Group, Recently I gone through the Information Guide book published by Tamil Nadu SIC in the web site. Tn the guide, a format for first appeal also included. In the format "Reason for request for Information" is available. In such instance, applicant expected to give the reason for seeking information to the FAA.
In my opinion it is contradict with the RTI Act 2005. Is any other SIC asks such details? Krishnamoorthi Andaman
