Dear Sir,

Under the Right to Information Act 2005, following information on
National Policies on the crucial aspects concerning the well-being and
welfare of the people of India on providing them the basic necessities
of life - Roti, Kapda, Makan, Primary Education and Primary Health
facilities is requested. 

This information is requested in larger public interest and while
requesting for the information, I wish to emphasise on the provision
of the Right to Information Act 2005 that the information that cannot
be denied to the Parliament cannot be denied under the Right to
Information Act 2005 also. 

1.      On Roti - Kindly let me: 
•       know the year in which the first National Policy on providing Food
to all citizens of India for them to survive in this world was framed.
•       know the year in which the National Policy on providing Food to all
citizens of India was revised last?
•       have a copy of the latest National Policy on providing Food to all
citizens of India.
•       No. of Indian citizens died of hunger in India since independence.

2.      On Kapda - Kindly let me: 
•       know the year in which the first National Policy on providing
clothes to all citizens of India for them to cover their bodies was
framed.
•       know the year in which the National Policy on providing clothes to
all citizens of India was revised last?
•       have a copy of the latest National Policy on providing clothes to
all citizens of India.

3.      On Makan - Kindly let me: 
•       know the year in which the first National Policy on providing
housing to all citizens of India for them to have roof over their
heads was framed.
•       know the year in which the National Policy on providing housing to
all citizens of India was revised last?
•       have a copy of the latest National Policy on providing housing to
all citizens of India.
•       No. of citizens of India who do not have any housing as on 2008.

4.      On Shiksha - Kindly let me: 
•       know the year in which the first National Policy on providing
primary education to all citizens of India for them to become literate
was framed.
•       know the year in which the National Policy on providing primary
education to all citizens of India was revised last?
•       have a copy of the latest National Policy on providing primary
education to all citizens of India.
•       Recorded action plan for achieving cent per cent.

5.      On Tandurasti - Kindly let me: 
•       know the year in which the first National Policy on providing
primary health facilities to all citizens of India for them to remain
healthy was framed.
•       know the year in which the National Policy on providing primary
health facilities to all citizens of India was revised last?
•       have a copy of the latest National Policy on primary health
facilities to all citizens of India.
•       Recorded action plan for providing primary health facility to all
citizens including rural population.

Based on my earlier experience with PMO, I consider it prudent to
emphasise here that this should not be treated as my representation to
the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. 

Requisite application fee follows. Kindly expedite the requested
information. In the event of the requested information being held by
other CPIO / CPIOs in part / full, you may kindly transfer part / full
portion of this RTI application to him / her / them within the
stipulated period under intimation to the undersigned RTI applicant by
