Hi Friends, I'm in need of some urgent help from anyone who's in Orissa right now. In order to get my 1st appeal (& perhaps 2nd appeal later) I'd need some court fee stamps from Orissa, as I'm living in Bangalore and I guess Karnataka Court fee stamps would not be valid in Orissa.
Thus if someone in Orissa could be so kind to please send me some court fee stamps by post, I promise to pay him/her the full expense of the court fee as well as the postal cost. If you can help me, please mail me personally, and I'll give you my postal address to send me.
