Sorry if this is out of form but this is my first post. I would like your opinion on if a RTI application can be filed for finding if SPG/NSG was used to guard the Olympic torch recently in Delhi. I do not think this duty is in any way mandated under the SPG/NSG charter. If they were used I would further like to find out how much expense was incurred for such non-mandated work.
How should I go about this? Sudev Barar
