Ooooops Sarbajit, the suffix used before the PM is now
considered as non parliamentary language and
"unconstitutional". Citing Clause 24 of Article 366
the National Commission for Scheduled Castes had
already issued a directive not to use this word in
official communication. This has been ratified by the
Govt. with many states banning the use of this word.
