You would be surprised that in one question the ADA stated that ALIGARH MUSLIM UNIVERSITY also comes under the perview of ADA , but AMU construction many building and spend crores of rupees, but never takes any permission from the authority and pays any fees etc. which would be a huge amount. kya aap ka dard ham se jyada hai
