Dear RTI_India members

Have read the last few posts to this group.

Our associated group [Sackhim] is very active nowadays. THAT is the
group for all "silly little frustrated RTI activists whose heads are
filled with nonsense (and dreams of megabucks through RTI blackmail)".

THIS group is for SERIOUS and RESPONSIBLE RTI. If you have noticed
many old familiars are no longer on this group (they have been
expelled). Many new faces have been granted membership in their place
(ON PROBATION). Group membership has never crossed 200 and there is a
backlog for entry here.

The ultimate aim of this group is to be stable at 100 members (out of
which 10 places are reserved for Moderators and sock-puppets, 40 for
Public Servants, 10 for capitation fee cases and only 40 for citizens).

So be very careful with what you post HERE (on Sackhim Anything goes
and Everyone is a Moderator except me).

ALIGARH MUSLIM UNIVERSITY also comes under the perview of ADA , but
AMU construction many building and spend crores of rupees, but never
takes any permission from the authority and pays any fees etc. which
would be a huge amount.
