The Moderators of this group are under constant pressure to accommodate fresh members who can contribute UNIQUELY to this group. There is presently a self imposed ceiling of 200 members for this group. Treating [RTI_India] group as just another email address to spam to, is a disservice to our members, and results in termination of membership, if there are applicants waiting in line. Membership here is hence contingent on at least 2 factors a) The ability to contribute to our community b) The recognition that ours is India's most responsible RTI community due to it's membership.
