Hello Here is a case of some documents released by the RBI under RTI. I learnt from the documents that RBI had conducted an inspection on a bank based on my complaint against the bank. An inspection was indeed conducted but the irregularities complained about were glossed over by the inspection, so I sent a letter to the Governor, RBI to annul the inspection report on file.
