a) How do we say that CERC chairman suppressed factum of his BSES connection ? b) IMO, going to SC is not a good idea in these corrupt times. When you lose (which you probably will unless you have solid backing - preferably from another vested interest or your late grandfather's millions) you will just further consolidate REL's position - which in turn will arouse great suspicion that you are hand in glove with REL. Even if you are not in cahoots with them, corporates just love it when pressure groups run to SC ad can't stay the course there. c) If you are in mood to RTI, try RTI'ing DoPT *URGENTLY* on why the recently retired members of Appellate Tribunal for Electricity are being reinstated ?
