I have made RTI applications to the Banks, to the Economic Offences Wing of Mumbai Police and the RBI.
All have declined to give info. Police replied "We have given Info to RBI". RBI says "Yes frauds have been committed, but info regarding action taken against managers, is between RBI & Banks, cannot be given" Made 2nd appeal to Chief Information Commissioner, Maharastra, who send application to CIC Delhi, another 6 months later, CIC Delhi sent all papers back, saying "Send in the new format". ..
